Staff and service was really friendly and great, but we had to make a queu for 10 minutes to get the breakfast and stand for 5 minutes with the tray in your hands to get a free table. Very small space for such a big hotel. That happened the two days I stayed at different hours.

The hotel was okay but the employees are lacking in customer service. When we checked in we were given the key and nothing else. They didn't tell us about the breakfast or the pool location. Breakfast was good but there was no where to sit, we had to sit in the lobby. There was lots of construction going on so not the best view from your hotel room. I enjoyed seeing the airplanes taking off. On the third night our neighbors were very loud. We were out all day and came back in the evening to go to the pool and rest. The pool was like a big bath tub so I didn't have to worry about my daughter and the deep end. There's a mall nearby and lots of restaurants. For the amount of money we paid it was a good. If they offered better customer service I would return.

The hotel was clean. Staff efficient and you have to see the lunch lady at breakfast she's all smile and will treat you like you're a king! The kids enjoyed the pool wich by the way is treated with salt and not chlorine! The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable. If i ever have to go back to Montreal, i'll go back there for sure!!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Dorval as I had a flight to take the next morning. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, but the bathroom was a little bit small. What stood out for me was the rstaurant, located on the lower level. The food was outstanding! I had the best rack of lamb that I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back as the menu is extensive and the quality is above average. Overall a good hotel for overnight stays and business people.

The hotel was very clean, the furniture nice, the beds very comfortable, and the restaurant quite good. Couldn't stay for breakfast, but grabbed a donut and a muffin. They were nothing to brag about. I would stay exclusivly at Best Westerns if they were all like this one.
