I usually travel a lot with my wife, and don't usually take the pain to write a review. But this was really a painful experience and I don't want others to suffer what we did. Let's cut the chase 1. It took them about 35 mnutes to check us in, despite the fact that we did have a pre-reserved room from the travel agency.. reason he had to chek in guests who needed two rooms (seemed as if 20) 2. Staff esp at the front desk is terible, the most hospitable thing they might do is; smile for a microsecond, that too looks genuinely fake 3. They have comp breakfast in the morning,,,here comes the real fun part, there is breakfast but no place to sit (not a single chair, no jokes), so you have to out everything in a tray , eggs, bread, oatmeal,,,yada yada yaa. and carry your food to the second floor, and if you think ur bread needs a little more toasting,,,,come back to the first floor with a tray. or forgot to take salt...do the same All in all I would say.. don't stay here until this is the last choice in Montreal, or may I say the world.
