Our hotel room was very cold. We asked them to increase the heat and they kept putting the A/C higher. They didn't know what they were doing. Sent bell hop in to fix heat and he didn't know what to do either. They said they couldn't fill our request to transfer us because the hotel was full, After 2 hours they said the heat was turned off for the season which was not true because the dining room and bar had heat. They gave us additional blankets.

The property is cleaned and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Fitness room is a bit bare bones, but also clean. Shuttle every 30 mins. Due to changes in plans I ended up spending quite a bit of time at the hotel itself. There is nothing accessible on foot from the hotel such as food, stores, etc. You must take a cab everywhere. The area is difficult to navigate so I would not go there if I were driving. Also, the "mini-store" at the front desk was very limited and not restocked regularly. If all I had done was sleep there it would have been fine.

I thorughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I overnighted there alone on the way to/from a trip down south and felt comfortable and safe. The hotel was very clean and the staff was knowledgeable. The breakfast was pretty good too!

I thorughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I overnighted there alone on the way to/from a trip down south and felt comfortable and safe. The hotel was very clean and the staff was knowledgeable. The breakfast was pretty good too!

Even though this hotel is next to the airport and a set of train tracks (that are constantly in use), we never heard a thing!!! It's brand new, very clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a business center with four computers located right in the lobby, and the complimentry breakfast was perfect for us as we needed to depart quickly in the morning. The hotel rate was good as well, especially for those who are touring Montreal but want to save a few dollars on a hotel (very expensive to stay inside the city on the weekends). The only caution is that the hotel is in a circle of confusing roadways - luckily we had navigation!!! :) Would stay again!
